Independent training controller

Learn transferable robotics skills.

The simulator uses MechaTraining's own controller profile and educational file formats. It does not present itself as a commercial robot controller.

01

Six-axis industrial cell

Explore a robot, conveyor, machine, part, tool frame, user frame, and guarded work area in one connected environment.

02

Jogging and frames

Practice coordinated motion in JOINT, JOG FRAME, WORLD, TOOL, and USER coordinate systems.

03

Teach programming

Create and edit joint, linear, and circular motions with taught positions and FINE or continuous termination.

04

Logic, registers, and I/O

Work with calls, conditions, jumps, waits, numeric and position registers, and digital input/output.

05

Safe prove-out

Use training modes, hold, emergency-stop recovery, limits, singularity handling, and path-envelope rejection.

06

Evidence and portability

Review alarms and history, monitor execution, and save human-readable MechaTraining training backups.

Nine verified laboratories

From robot anatomy to autonomous machine tending.

Each laboratory connects academic analysis with an observable industrial task inside the same six-axis cell.

  1. 01

    Industrial Robot Anatomy & Applications

Identify components and safely exercise all six axes.

  2. 02

    Robot Selection, Rotations & Frames

Validate reach and payload, then compare WORLD, USER, and TOOL frames.

  3. 03

    Forward Kinematics

Relate six joint variables to the displayed TCP pose.

  4. 04

    Inverse Kinematics

Reach a Cartesian target while respecting joint and collision limits.

  5. 05

    Velocity, Jacobian & Acceleration

Observe coordinated joint motion and recover from singular configurations.

  6. 06

    Serial Manipulator Kinematic Analysis

Evaluate reach, configuration, payload, and tool-offset feasibility.

  7. 07

    Configuration Space & Trajectory Planning

Teach and compare joint, linear, and circular collision-free paths.

  8. 08

    Robot Dynamics & Safe Prove-Out

Connect payload and acceleration to safe low-speed validation and recovery.

  9. 09

    Autonomy & Machine-Tending Capstone

Coordinate motion, frames, I/O, payload, and automatic execution.

Web access

Protected simulator access is available.

Eligible adults can request Industrial Robotics from My MechaTraining, confirm the activation code sent to their verified email, and launch the current protected WebGL revision. Phone XR and accessible controls open from the licensed web simulator.

Educational boundary

Simulation supports learning—not production validation.

This educational software is not a safety controller, does not communicate with robot hardware, and must not be used to validate production programs, safeguarding, or real-equipment behavior. Supervised training and the procedures applicable to the actual equipment remain required.
