Authorized educational and research use

Use MechaTraining only for lawful education, supervised training, evaluation, simulation and research within the account, role, app grant and course permissions shown in the Dashboard. Follow instructor, institution, employer and applicable legal requirements.

Do not use the service to facilitate unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, discriminatory, harassing, violent or dangerous conduct, or to create or distribute malware or content that infringes another person's rights.

Public self-service use is available internationally to adults where law and an authorized distribution channel permit it. Do not use false account, role, age, institution or location information, or another technical or organizational method, to evade a lawful sanctions, export-control, age, role, institution, application or distribution restriction.

02

No physical-equipment control, commissioning or approval

  • Do not connect a MechaTraining app, companion, session, API, file or output to a physical machine, robot, PLC, actuator, drive, aircraft system, process or safety circuit for control or commissioning.
  • Do not treat a simulation, XR placement, warning, calculation, score, report, hash, G-code file, robot program, vision result or recommendation as production approval, safety certification or professional-engineering validation.
  • Do not remove, defeat or misrepresent guards, interlocks, emergency functions, safety devices, operating limits, warnings or required independent checks.
  • Do not publish instructions claiming that MechaTraining replaces manufacturer documentation, a risk assessment, qualified supervision, machine-specific prove-out, inspection or applicable law.
03

Account, license and service security

  • Do not share, sell, transfer or concurrently use another person's credentials, email code, activation code, device credential, license, course seat or session.
  • Do not create duplicate accounts or manipulate email, device, IP, role or institutional evidence to evade an access limit.
  • Do not bypass, disable or interfere with authentication, license checks, rate limits, safety checks, content protections, telemetry integrity, report verification or session controls.
  • Do not probe, scan, exploit, reverse engineer or test the service without written authorization, except to the limited extent applicable law cannot prohibit.
  • Do not upload malicious code, corrupted payloads or files intended to exhaust storage, compute, email, relay or support capacity.
04

Training content, intellectual property and academic integrity

  • Do not reproduce, scrape, republish, sell or distribute courses, quizzes, missions, images, app assets, answer keys or documentation outside an authorized educational use.
  • Do not remove ownership, attribution, integrity, submission, watermark or verification information.
  • Do not submit another person's work, falsify simulator events or evidence, alter a report after verification, or assist cheating or unauthorized assessment access.
  • Do not upload trade secrets, export-controlled data, personal information, copyrighted work or confidential employer or student records unless authorized and required for the selected feature.
05

Privacy, recording and communications

Do not use XR, casting, screenshots, recordings, uploads or communication features to collect or disclose another person's face, voice, screen, location, personal information or confidential workspace without the required notice and consent. Do not impersonate another person or send spam, phishing, threats or abusive support requests.

Institutions and instructors must establish appropriate classroom rules for recording, device use, student privacy and assessment monitoring. MechaTraining's technical controls do not replace those obligations.

06

Automation, integrations and load

Do not use bots, scripts, crawlers, emulators or automated accounts to register, request codes, consume licenses, download protected content, generate submissions or overload an endpoint. Authorized search-engine indexing of public pages and integrations expressly documented by MechaTraining are permitted within their stated limits.

Do not introduce an integration, LMS connector, API client, app-store wrapper or modified mobile build that misrepresents its source, weakens access controls or implies MechaTraining approval without written authorization.

07

Investigation, protective action and reporting

MechaTraining may investigate suspected violations using proportionate account, session, request, security and integrity records. It may rate-limit, block, suspend, revoke, preserve evidence or report conduct when reasonably necessary to protect users, systems, rights or comply with law. Immediate action may occur without advance notice when delay would increase risk.

Report suspected abuse or a security issue to support@mecha-training.com. Do not publicly disclose an unremediated vulnerability in a way that creates additional risk.
